ALTAMONT -- Effingham St. Anthony claimed a 59-29 victory over Dieterich in the Altamont Freshman Boys Basketball Tournament Thursday.

The Bulldogs took a 15-4 first quarter lead and led 28-18 at halftime.

Jonathan Willenborg tallied 19 while Griffin Sehy added 16 in the victory for the Bulldogs.

Dieterich was led by Kidd with 11.
