Altamont Nabs Girls Basketball Win

The Indians edged out to a 15-13 opening quarter lead behind Allyson Hardiek's six points and Mary Guse's five. Altamont then moved ahead 42-27 at halftime with a 27-14 second quarter. Guse tallied seven more while Brooke Runge nailed two trifectas and had eight points. Ellie McManaway and Hardiek had six each.
Altamont finished with four players in double figures. Runge and Guse scored 22 each while Hardiek added 16 and McManaway 13.
Altamont is now 8-0 on the season.
