ROBINSON -- Effingham Junior HIgh School claimed a eighth-grade boys basketball victory over Robinson Nuttall Monday, 35-33.
Two players hit double figures for the Mustangs. Raddatz led with 14 while Lewis chipped in with 10.
In seventh-grade action, Robinson Nuttall picked up a 49-22 victory. Effingham held a 7-6 opening quarter lead but trailed 20-14 at halftime. Leading the Mustangs in scoring was L. Jones with six points. EJHS drops to 0-4.

At Mount Zion
Teuotpolis split victories with Mount Zion Monday.
The Wooden Shoes fell in the seventh-grade contest, 52-36. Mount Zion held a 34-18 halftime lead.
T-town was led by Luke Niemerg with 10 points and Alex Kremer with nine.
In the eighth-grade game, T-town edged Mount Zion, 21-20. T-town led 4-0 after the first quarter and 10-4 at halftime. Mount Zion had a 6-2 third quarter run to pull within 12-10 and outscored the Shoes 10-9 in the final period but fell short.
T-town was led by Tyler Pruemer with seven points.

At Dieterich
Dieterich picked up two wins over Neoga in action Monday.
Dieterich won the seventh-grade contest, 45-18. Dieterich held Neoga scoreless in the opening quarter and led 26-8 at halftime.
Dieterich was led by Westendorf with 12 points and Hall with eight.
Neoga was led by O'Dell and Cardinal with six each.
In eighth-grade play, Dieterich again held Neoga scoreless at the start, this time with a 20-0 opening quarter run. Dieterich went on for a 55-20 victory.
The winners were led by Iffert with 15 and Jackson Holste with 10.
Neoga was led by Bullock with five points.

Flora picked up two wins over Jasper County in Monday evening action.
Flora won the seventh-grade game, 35-29. Flora stepped out to a 15-8 opening quarter lead. Jasper County came back with a 14-5 final quarter but had too big a margin to make up.
Jasper County was led by Lain Burgener with 17 points.
In the eighth-grade contest, Flora edged Jasper County, 63-62. Flora held a 30-22 halftime lead. Jasper County started a comeback with a 14-12 third quarter and had a 25-22 final period but fell.
Caden Nichols tallied 22 poitnts while Isaac Flowers added 20 and Parker Wolf 14 for Jasper County.

Stewardson-Strasburg split victories with Okaw Valley in action Monday evening.
Stew-Stras won the seventh-grade contest, 34-22. Okaw Valley took a 5-3 opening quarter lead but Stew-Stras came back to lead 16-12 at halftime and never looked back.
Gurgel tallied 18 for the winners who improve to 5-1 on the season.
In the eighth-grade game, Okaw Valley picked up a 41-30 victory. Okaw Valley held a 17-16 first half lead then had a 24-14 second half.
Stew-Stras was led by J. Smith with 11 points. The squad falls to 1-5.

Greenville jumped out to a 20-0 opening quarter lead and that was the game. CHBC was led by AJ Radloff with six points.
In eighth-grade play, Greenville captured a 44-15 win. Greenville held a 29-3 halftime lead.
CHBC was led by Gage Lorton with 10 points.
