Altamont claimed a 39-17 victory over Dieterich. Altamont stepped out to a 17-6 opening quarter lead.
The winners were led by Nelson with 28 points. Dieterich was led by Westendorf with seven.
In the second game, Sigel St. Michael won over Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City.
The Sharpshooters led 13-5 at halftime. Halton tallied nine and Hotze for the winners. CHBC was led by Kendyl Vaughn, Shae Nohren and Ruby Stuckemeyer with four each.
Stewardson-Strasburg/Windsor tallied a 31-23 victory over Brownstown/St. Elmo.
SSW edged out to a 10-9 opening quarter lead and led 17-14 at halftime. SSW then had an 8-2 third period run.
Vonderheide scored 12 for the winners while Kinkelaar added nine. BSE was led by Ireland with seven.
Tonight's games include Altamont taking on South Central at 6 and Sigel St. Michael against Stewardson-Strasburg/Windsor at 7:15 in winner bracket action. Friday's games have Dieterich facing North Clay (Louisville) at 5:30 followed by CHBC taking on Brownstown/St. Elmo at 7:15 in consolation bracket play. The finals are scheduled for Saturday.
