Warriors' Durant To Miss Tuesday's Game

The Golden State Warriors say Kevin Durant will miss tonight’s Game 1 of the Western Conference finals with a strained calf and is unlikely to play Game 2 on Thursday. The team says there’s a chance Durant could return for Game 3 on Saturday.


Cavaliers Hire John Beilein As New Coach

The Cleveland Cavaliers have hired Michigan’s John Beilein as their new head coach in what’s reported to be a five-year deal. In 12 years at Michigan, Beilein led the Wolverines to two Final Fours and four Big Ten tournament and regular-season titles.


Brown Will Return To Coach 76ers

The Philadelphia 76ers say Brett Brown will return as coach next season. There had been some questions about Brown returning after the Sixers were eliminated in the Eastern Conference semifinals for a second straight year.
