Alabama, Johnson Agree To Part Ways

Alabama and basketball coach Avery Johnson have mutually agreed to part ways. The two sides settled on a buyout of Johnson’s contract and he’ll end his four-year tenure at Alabama with a 75-62 overall record.

California has fired men's basketball coach Wyking Jones. Jones posted a record of 16-47 in two seasons in Berkeley.
