Duke Draws No. 1 Seed In NCAA Tourney

Duke is the No. 1 overall seed in this year's NCAA men's basketball tournament. The selection committee also gave top seeds to Virginia, North Carolina and Gonzaga.

However, since overall seeds began in 2004, only three have gone on to win the national title, and Louisville’s 2013 championship was later vacated. The first round of tournament play begins Thursday.
