Gavin Wernsing, a freshman, finished with 18 points to lead the Hatchets. Clay Tabbert chipped in with 10. WSS is now 3-3 in the National Trail Conference, 14-13 overall.
Neoga was led by Trevor Roy with 14 and Reece Johnson with 10. The Indians drop to 3-5 in the conference, 13-12 overall.

At Flora
Flora played host to Dieterich and captured a four-point victory, 50-46 Thursday evening.
The two teams were tied at 8-8 in the opening quarter. Flora moved ahead 19-16 at halftime but Dieterich came back with a 19-14 third quarter to move ahead 35-30. Collin Hartke scored seven points in that run.
But the Wolves had a 17-12 final quarter to pull out the victory. Schaefer led the way for Flora with 18 while Kohn added 13.
Dieterich was led by Hartke with 18 and Derek Kuhl with 16.
