NEOGA -- Teutopolis claimed the championship of the Neoga Freshman/Sophomore Boys Basketball Tournament Saturday.
St. Anthony won an opening contest over Altamont, 58-39. The Bulldogs were led by Craig Croy with 16. Altamont was led by K. Eirhart with 13.
That put the Bulldogs into the title contest against Teutopolis.
The two teams went three overtimes before the Wooden Shoes pulled out the victory.
St .Anthony held a 21-13 halftime lead. T-town came back with a 17-9 third quarter to tie the game at 30-30 and both teams scored 15 in the final period.
In the first overtime session, both squads scored five points and in the second overtime nine each. In the final overtime, T-town had a 9-6 run for the victory.
T-town was led by S. Bushur with 27 points and M. Deters with 20.
St. Anthony was led by Kenna Walsh with 23, Croy with 11 and Grant Nuxoll with 10.

St. Elmo/Brownstown Frosh/Soph Tournament
Dieterich defeated Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City 74-58 and St. Elmo/Brownstown 45-39 in action Saturday at the St. Elmo/Brownstown Freshman/Sophomroe Boys Basketball Tournament.
Dieterich won over CHBC, 74-58. Five players scored in double figures for the Movin' Maroons.
Bryce Budde led the way with 18 followed by Andrew Lidy 16, Cory Gephart 12 and Dalton Will and Jack Westendorf 10 each.
CHBC was led by Daniel Lucas with 16 and Silas Buzzard with 10.
Dieterich then defeated St. Elmo/Brownstown 45-39.
Dieterich took a 25-21 halftime lead then pushed that to 35-29 going into the final quarter.
Dieterich was led by Westendorf with 12 and B. Budde with 12.
SEB was led by Rosborough with 12.
Dieterich will face North Clay (Louisville) tonight at 8 for the championship. In other games, Okaw Valley takes on CHBC at 5:30 and South Central meets SEB at 6:45.
