The New York Knicks have traded Kristaps Porzingis to the Dallas Mavericks. The Mavericks also get Tim Hardaway Jr. and Courtney Lee in exchange for Dennis Smith Jr., DeAndre Jordan and Wesley Matthews. Porzingis has been sidelined since last February with a torn ACL.


James Returns to Lakers' Lineup

LeBron James returned to the Los Angeles Lakers’ lineup last night against the Clippers after the team had said he’d be out. LeBron scored 24 points in the Lakers 123-120 overtime win.


Lakers Send Potential Trade Packages

Despite the New Orleans Pelicans saying they’re not answering calls regarding trades for Anthony Davis, the Los Angeles Lakers have reportedly sent five different potential trade packages. However, there’s no word on whether the Pelicans are seriously considering any of them.


Reserves For All-Star  Game Announced

Reserves for the NBA All-Star Game have been announced and the New Orleans Pelicans’ Anthony Davis is among them. However, it’s unclear if Davis will be representing the Pelicans as the trade deadline is coming up before the February 17 game in Charlotte.

Other Western Conference reserves included Russell Westbrook, Damian Lillard, and Klay Thompson. In the Eastern Conference, Indiana’s Victor Oladipo was selected, even though he’s out for the season. Other East reserves included Kyle Lowry, Ben Simmons and Blake Griffin.
