The St. Anthony Lady Bulldogs got a good win to close the regular season Thursday, picking up their 20th win in the process. The Lady Bulldogs fans had the opportunity to say "Thanks" to their five seniors and to Coach Bart Wiedman.

St. Anthony posted a 53-44 win over the Brownstown/St. Elmo Lady Bombers in a game heard on KJ Country 102.3 and www.kjcountry.com

The game was an opportunity to salute seniors Shea Kinkelaar, Clare McHugh, Sydney Gibson, Abby Repking and Meg Richards. It was also the night to say farewell to Wiedman, who is retiring as coach after being at the helm since the 2011-2012 season, posting 142 wins in those almost eight seasons, with the post-season still to come. Wiedman said it's an opportunity to spend time with his wife Mandy watching their kids play ball.
