Fired Louisville coach Rick Pitino has hired an agent and says he wants to once again coach in the NBA.

Pitino spent six years in the NBA, going 90-74 with the New York Knicks from 1987-89 and 102-146 in three-plus seasons with the Boston Celtics at the turn of the century.
