Carmelo Anthony Becomes Free Agent

The Atlanta Hawks waived Carmelo Anthony, officially making him a free agent.

The move was expected when Anthony was traded from Oklahoma City earlier this month and word is that Carmelo is close to a deal with the Houston Rockets.
