The Neoga school board has hired Andrew Snow as Neoga's next boys varsity basketball coach.

Snow succeeds Bob Lockart, who resigned after the past season. Lockart said at the time that he would step aside when the district had a teaching spot open for a coach to fill. Snow was hired Wednesday as a physical education teacher as well as the boys coach. Lockart had not been teaching in the district.

Snow played high school basketball at South Central. He was an assistant boys coach at St. Anthony when the Bulldogs won the 1A state championship in 2017. He is teaching this year in the Altamont school district where he worked with the boys junior high basketball team.
