Donovan Mitchell of the Utah Jazz scored a combined 55 points over the first two playoff games against Oklahoma City.

That breaks Michael Jordan’s NBA record for most points by a rookie guard through his first two playoff games.

Love Injures Thumb

Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love injured his left thumb late in the fourth quarter of Wednesday night’s victory over the Indiana Pacers. However, coach Tyronn Lue said Love will be "ready to go" for Game 3 Friday night in Indianapolis. 

Embiid Doubtful For Tonight

Joel Embiid is doubtful for tonight’s Game 3 of the Philadelphia 76ers - Miami Heat playoff series. Embiid also missed the first two games with a broken orbital bone and concussion.

Coach's Wife Passes Away

The San Antonio Spurs announced the wife of coach Gregg Popovich passed away Wednesday.
The team didn’t offer any other details and it wasn’t yet known if Popovich would coach the team tonight in their playoff game against the Warriors.
