Bulldogs Move Into Seventh in Boys Poll, EHS Sixth in Girls Poll

Effingham St. Anthony High School moved up in the Class 2A State Boys Basketball Poll conducted by the Associated Press.

The Bulldogs moved into seventh place from 10th in the poll. St. Anthony has a 26-2 record and 37 points.

The Effingham girls stand in sixth place in the Class 3A State poll. The Hearts have a 27-2 record and earned 39 points.

Here is the latest from the boys and girls prep basketball polls with rank, team, first-place votes, record and total points. Because girls playoffs have already begun for Class 1A and 2A, no poll exists for those specific classes.
