St. Anthony Downs Paris in F/S Girls Action

PARIS -- Effingham St. Anthony picked up a 37-19 freshman/sophomore girls basketball victory over Paris Wednesday evening.

The Bulldogs edged out to an 8-6 first quarter lead and pushed that to 14-8 at halftime. The two squads tallied six points each in the third period before St. Anthony had a 17-5 final period run.

Richards tallied 10 while Brown added nine for St. Anthony.
