EHS Still Seventh, T-town Eighth in Girls Basketball Poll

Effingham High School remained in seventh place in the latest Class 3A Associated Press Girls Basketball poll.
The Hearts are listed as 17-1 on the season with 35 points. EHS actually has a 20-2 record after this week's activities.
Charleston is sitting right behind the Hearts in eighth place with an 18-1 mark and 30 points.
Teutopolis dropped from fourth place in the Class 2A girls poll to eighth place. The Wooden Shoes are listed at 20-3 and have 39 points.
Altamont is in the others receiving votes category in Class 1A with three.
In the boys basketball polls, Teutopolis is in the others receiving votes in Class 2A with four votes.
