Jasper County Downs Red Hill in Junior High Boys Basketball

BRIDGEPORT -- Jasper County stepped out to an 11-0 first quarter lead and never looked back in a 40-17 win over Red Hill (Bridgeport) in eight-grade boys basketball action Tuesday evening.

Mitch Jansen led the winners with seven points. Jasper County is back in action Thursday at Dieterich.

In seventh-grade play, Red Hill was a 27-12 winner. Stoltz led Red Hill with 14.
