The Effingham Knights of Columbus Free Throw Contest will be held at the Richard E. Workman Sports and Wellness Complex Sunday, January 28.

Registration is at 1:30 p.m. with the contest starting at 2 p.m. It is open to all youth, ages 9 to 14.
