SEB Drops Boys Basketball Loss to Nokomis

NOKOMIS -- St. Elmo/Brownstown High School dropped a non-conference boys basketball loss to Nokomis, 69-43 in action Thursday evening.
Nokomis edged out to a 17-8 opening quarter lead and led 31-13 at halftime. SEB had a better second half but couldn't make up that first half deficit.
Isaac Maxey and Lewis Brown were the top two scorers for SEB with 16 and 15 points respectively. Brown and Dalton Denton had three rebounds each. Brown led in assists with six and had two steals and a blocked shot.
The loss was only the third of the season in 12 games for SEB.
