EHS Girls Sixth, T-town Third in Respective Girls Cage Polls

Effingham High School is ranked sixth in Class 3A in the Associated Press State Girls Basketball first poll of the season.
Coach Jeff Schafer's crew is 7-0 and received 25 points. Schafer said this is the highest the Effingham girls have ever been ranked in the poll.
Teutopolis starts off the season ranked No. 3 in the Class 2A State poll. Coach Laurie Thompson's crew sports a 6-0 record and has 56 points.
