Fresh/Soph Girls Basketball -- Nov. 20

OLNEY -- Effingham High School claimed a freshman/sophomore girls basketball win over host Olney Monday evening, 44-38.

The Hearts stepped out to an 18-4 opening quarter lead and led 22-18 at halftime. The Hearts held a three-point lead going into the final quarter and had a 16-13 run.

Armstrong tallied 16 for the winners while Crowell added 10.
