North Clay, Dieterich Split in F/S Boys Games

North Clay (Louisville) and Dieterich split victories in freshman/sophomore boys basketball action Thursday evening.

North Clay was a 41-33 winner. Dieterich held a 4-0 first quarter lead but North Clay came back to outscore the Maroons 15-7 in the second quarter to lead 15-11 at halftime. North Clay then had a 26-22 second half run.

Healy tallied 10 for the winners. Dieterich was led by Lidy with seven.

Dieterich was a 26-23 winner. The Maroons trailed 12-8 after the opening half and 18-16 going into the final quarter then came back with a 10-5 run to claim the win. Poe led Dieterich with eight points. Drew Coble led North Clay with seven.
