Junior High Girls Basketball Results -- Oct. 9

PANA -- Effingham St. Anthony traveled to Pana Sacred Heart for junior high girls basketball Monday evening and fell in three games.

Pana Sacred Heart won the seventh-grade matchup 33-20. L. Fearday led St. Anthony with eight points.

In the eighth-grade game, Pana Sacred Heart won 35-20, taking a 17-6 opening half lead. R. Guy led the Bullpups with 12 points.

Pana Sacred Heart won the sixth-grade game 9-6.

Stewardson-Strasburg came calling and dropped two losses against Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond Monday evening.

ALAH claimed the seventh-grade game 24-4. ALAH held Stew-Stras scoreless and took an 18-0 first half lead. Richards tallied two for Stew-Stras.

In the eighth-grade contest, ALAH was a 36-10 winner. ALAH led 20-1 at halftime. Hayes scored seven for Stew-Stras.
