NTC Girls Tourney Pairings Released

Pairings were released for the National Trail Conference Girls Basketball Tournament. Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City drew the No. 1 seed. followed by Neoga, St. Anthony, Altamont, Dieterich, Brownstown/St. Elmo and South Central.

The tournament opens Tuesday, November 20 at Beecher City High School with Altamont facing Dieterich at 5:30, Neoga taking on South Central at 7 and St. Anthony facing Brownstown/St. Elmo at 8:30. CHBC will square off against the winner of the Altamont vs. Dieterich contest Friday at 7 p.m.

The tourney continues Friday and finishes out Saturday with the consolation championship at 10 a.m., the third place game at 11:30 a.m. and the championship at 1 p.m.

Game 1 -- Altamont vs. Dieterich, 5:30 p.m.

Game 2 -- Neoga vs. South Central, 7 p.m.

Game 3 -- St. Anthony vs. Brownstown/St. Elmo, 8:30 p.m.

Friday, November 23

Game 4 -- Winner Game 2 vs. Winner Game 3, 5:30 p.m.

Game 5 -- Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City vs. Winner Game 1, 7 p.m.

Game 6 -- Winner Game 2 vs. Winner Game 3, 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, November 24

Game 7 -- Loser  Game 1 vs. Winner Game 4, 10 a.m. (consolation championship)

Game 8 -- Loser Game 5 vs. Loser Game 6, 11:30 p.m. (third place)

Game 9 -- Winner Game 5 vs. Winner Game 6, 1 p.m. (championship)
