Girls Freshman/Sophomore Basketball -- Jan. 4

PARIS -- Effingham St. Anthony headed to Paris for freshman/sophomore girls basketball action and fell to the Tigers 36-25 Wednesday evening.

Paris took a 20-8 halftime lead. St. Anthony came back to outscore Paris 17-16 in the second half but couldn't make up that first half deficit.

Kaitie Rogers tallied eight points for the Bulldogs.
