Teutopolis High School has a long and rich tradition of Wooden Shoes boys basketball that started many years ago.

At the boys' home game Friday, January 6 when hosting Champaign St. Thomas More, Teutopolis boys basketball players from the 1930s and 1940s will be honored. These players and their families will have reserved seating for the evening.

The junior varsity game will begin at 6:15 p.m. and at the conclusion of that game (approximately 7:15 p.m.) they will be recognized and honored at center court of the gym. They will be escorted by a current player.
