Junior High Basketball Scores -- Dec. 20

Teutopolis and Olney split junior high boys basketball victories Tuesday evening.

In the seventh-grade contest, Olney downed the Wooden Shoes 38-35. Olney edged out to a 10-8 opening quarter then pushed that to 23-13 at halftime. T-town outscored Olney 22-15 in the second half but it wasn't enough.

T-town was led by K. Althoff with 12 and Bushur with 10.

In the eighth-grade game, T-town took a 51-26 victory. The Shoes ran off to a 20-5 opening quarter and never looked back.

T-town was led by three players in double figures, M. Deters with 21, Addis with 11 and Hardiek with 10.
