Finals Set in NTC Girls 7th Grade Tourney

The finals of the Girls NTC 7th Grade Tournament are today at Dieterich.

In action Friday, Dieterich won over Beecher City/Cowden-Herrick 21-8.  For Dieterich, Shadle 12, Deain 9.  For BCCH, Endsley 4, Danekas 4.

Also Friday, Altamont won over Sacred Heart 18-10.  For Altamont, S. Stone 8, C. McHugh 3, J. Hosick 3, H. Wolff 2, L. Mayhaus 2.  For Sacred Heart, Carie 6, Shamhart 4.

In the third contest Friday, Brownstown pounded Stewardson-Strasburg 36-15.  For Brownstown, B. Mayfield 12, Deana Shelton 12, Dana Shelton 7, Fatima Viramonks 3, M. Carson 2.  For Stew-Stras, Tabbert 6, Everett 4, Lesko 2, Smith 2, M. Schlechte 1.

The finals will be played this morning.  Here's the schedule: 9am--Consolation Championship--Neoga vs. Dieterich...10:15am--3rd Place Game--Sacred Heart vs. Stewardson-Strasburg...11:30am--Championship Game--Altamont vs. Brownstown.
