Wooden Shoes Ranked Eighth in Boys Poll

Teutopolis High School is ranked eighth in the Associated Press Class 2A State Boys Basketball Poll.

The Wooden Shoes were tied for seventh in last week's poll. T-town has a 21-6 record and 41 points. Chicago Orr has the top spot in the poll with 11 first place votes, an 18-5 record and 146 points.

Breese Central is in third place while Lawrenceville has the fifth spot.

In the Class 1A, Ridgeview holds the top spot with a 23-2 record, 140 points and 10 first place votes. Okawvaille is in second. Woodlawn holds the eighth spot.

Chicago Simeon is the lead in Class 4A with 11 first place votes, a 21-3 record and 119 points. Morgan Park holds down the top spot in Class 3A with 11 first place votes, 21-2 record and 145 points.
