FARINA -- Centralia Christ Our Rock Lutheran handed South Central a 47-30 loss in girls basketball competition Tuesday evening.
CORL took a 14-3 opening quarter lead before South Central came back within 20-13 at halftime. CORL then had a 27-17 second half run.
CORL was led by Agan with 18 and Boehne with 15.
South Central was led by Haley Bergmann with 11 points. The Cougars drop to 8-16 on the season.

At Sandoval
Sandoval edged Beecher City/Cowden-Herrick 56-50 in a non-conference matchup Tuesday.
The Blackhawks took a 15-10 opening quarter lead and led 26-16 at halftime. CHBC came back with a 34-30 second half run but couldn't make up that first half lead.
Haley Persinger, a freshman, tallied 11 points while Tabitha Endsley, also a freshman, led with 15.
