Olney, Red Hill Claim Consy Wins at LIC Boys Tourney

OLNEY -- In consolation bracket action at the Little Illini Conference Boys Basketball Tournament Monday evening, host Olney tallied a 78-32 win over Casey-Westfield.

The second game went to Red Hill (Bridgeport) over Edwards County (Albion), 72-66.

Olney will face Paris Wednesday at 6 p.m. followed by Newton taking on Red Hill at 7:30 p.m. The winners advance to the consolation championship Friday at 5 p.m.

In games tonight, Lawrenceville faces Flora at 6 and Marshall takes on Robinson at 7:30. Those winners advance to the championship game Friday at 7:30 while the losers drop into the third place game at 6:30.
