Freshman/Sophomore Boys Basketball -- Jan. 13

Mattoon came calling at Effingham St. Anthony and went home with a 43-36 freshman/sophomore boys basketball victory Wednesday evening.

Mattoon stepped out to a 13-8 opening quarter lead and held that same five-point lead at halftime, 16-11. Mattoon then had a 16-10 third quarter run. The Bulldogs came back with a 15-11 final period.

Quinton Milleville tallied 14 points to lead the Bulldogs. He nailed four three-pointers in the contest.
