*Boy’s ninth & 10th grade        * Girl’s 9th & 10th grade            *Boy’s 11th & 12th grade     * Girl’s 11th & 12th grade

* We reserve the right to combine divisions due to number of entries. All games played on 10’ rims. Boys third & fourth grade use 28.5” ball

REGISTRATION

Teams need to check-in one-half hour before their starting time. Check-in begins at 8 a.m.

All players must have a parental signature thereby releasing Unit 40 school district, all of its official representatives, and EHS Sportsbackers from any liability in case of injury involving the team or its players. No more than 4 players per team. All registrations must be received by March 14, 2015 **NO EXCEPTIONS **
