Boys Frosh/Soph Results -- Jan. 26

TAYLORVILLE -- Effingham split freshman/sophomore boys basketball wins against Taylorville Monday evening.

The Hearts fell in freshman action, 54-45. Mason Hull tallied 16 and Ryan Sandifer 14 in the win.

In sophomore play, Effingham held a 28-12 halftime lead and never looked back. Trevor Kreke scored 19, Kyle Morrow 14 and Corey Osborn 12 for the Hearts.
