Teutopolis Bounces Casey-Westfield, 75-50

CASEY -- Teutopolis High School bounced Casey-Westfield in a boys basketball contest Tuesday evening, 75-50.

Thet Wooden Shoes took a 17-11 opening quarter lead then had a 21-10 second period run. T-town continued pounding the ball in the net with a 22-12 third period surge.

Three players hit double digits as nine players scored for the Shoes. Leading the way was Brett Mette with 27 points on 12 field goals and three of three at the line. Devin Smith and Brock Mette contributed 11 points each.

Lawrence tallied 15 and Hollinsbe 11 for Casey-Westfield.

T-town is now 8-1 on the season and will be back in action hosting the Effingham/Teutopolis Christmas Tournament Friday.
