(Atlanta, GA  -- Al Horford's 21 points, 10 rebounds and six assists led the way for the Hawks in their 93-86 win against the Bulls at Philips Arena. Paul Millsap helped out with 17 points, eight rebounds and four steals, while Jeff Teague and Kyle Korver each chipped in 12. Atlanta has won 10-of-11.  The Bulls shot just under 38-percent from the field and missed 23-of-29 three-point attempts. All five Chicago starters scored in double-figures, but they only got 11 points from the bench. Jimmy Butler paced the Bulls with 22 points and nine rebounds as they had a three-game winning streak snapped.

Bulls guard Derrick Rose is receiving praise for wearing an "I Can't Breathe" shirt during pre-game warm-ups. Attorney General Eric Holder tells the "Chicago Sun-Times" it's a good thing that Rose can use his celebrity platform to make a social and political statement.


Celtics Pound Sixers

(Philadelphia, PA) -- Kelly Olynyk went off for a career-high 30 points as the Celtics cruised past the 76ers, 105-87, at the Wells Fargo Center. Olynyk made 12-of-17 shots and grabbed nine rebounds. Avery Bradley added 15 points for the Celtics, who ended a three-game losing streak. Philadelphia has lost all 13 home games this season on the way to a 2-22 record. Nerlens Noel had arguably the best game of his rookie season, posting 19 points, eight rebounds, four assists, three steals and two blocks in the defeat.


Pacers Pound Lakers To Snap Eight-Game Skid

(Indianapolis, IN) -- Rodney Stuckey and C.J. Miles scored 20 points apiece as the Pacers pounded the Lakers 110-91 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Stuckey also had 10 rebounds and seven assists, while Donald Sloan added 17 points and six boards off the bench for the Pacers, who put an end to their eight-game losing streak. David West had 12 points and nine boards in the win. LA trailed 60-27 at halftime after scoring the final six points of the second quarter. Kobe Bryant was just 8-of-26 for a game-high 21 points for the Lakers, who saw their season-high three-game winning streak end. Carlos Boozer posted 13 points and 10 boards off the pine in the setback.


Cavaliers Cut Down Hornets

(Cleveland, OH) -- LeBron James collected 27 points, seven rebounds and 13 assists as the Cavaliers cut down the Hornets 97-88 in Cleveland. Kevin Love added 22 points and 18 boards for the Cavs, who raced out to a 21-0 lead en route to ending their two-game skid. Kyrie Irving scored 16 points in the win.  Kemba Walker had 24 points to pace the Hornets, who have dropped three in-a-row. Al Jefferson ended with 14 points and eight rebounds in the loss.


Raptors Bounce Magic

(Toronto, Ontario) -- The Raptors pulled away from the Magic in the second half earning a 95-82 win at the Air Canada Centre. After halftime, Toronto outscored Orlando 51-30. Lou Williams paced the Raptors with 18 points off the bench, and Kyle Lowry added 17 points, eight assists and five rebounds.  Toronto has won three in-a-row. Orlando did itself in, turning the ball over 19 times and only connecting on 4-of-15 three's. Tobias Harris tallied a team-high 18 points, while Nikola Vucevic just missed a double-double with 13 and nine boards. The Magic have dropped three-of-four.


Bucks Sink Suns At Buzzer

(Phoenix, AZ) -- Khris Middleton banked in a three-pointer at the buzzer to give the Bucks a 96-94 win over the Suns at US Airways Center. Middleton finished with 14 points. Brandon Knight scored 20 points, seven rebounds and four assists for Milwaukee, which has on two in-a-row. Jabari Parker left the game with a knee injury. Phoenix led by 12 after the first quarter, but couldn't hold on to the lead. It's the second time in seven days the Suns have lost on a funky shot at the buzzer as they dropped their sixth straight. Markieff Morris made 9-of-13 shots on his way to 25 points, while Isaiah Thomas added 20 off the bench in the defeat.   


Blazers Top Shorthanded Spurs

(Portland, OR) -- Damian Lillard and LaMarcus Aldridge both scored 23 points to lead the Blazers past the Spurs 108-95 at the Moda Center. Lillard also grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out six assists while Aldridge finished with 14 boards. Wesley Matthews added 14 points for Portland, which has won seven of its last nine. Kawhi  Leonard tallied 21 points and nine rebounds while Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Tiago Splitter all sat out. Aron Baynes and Kyle Anderson each chipped in 15 points in a losing effort. San Antonio has dropped three of its last five games.


Clippers Clobber Pistons

(Los Angeles, CA) -- Blake Griffin led a balanced attack with 18 points, seven rebounds and seven assists as the Clippers clobbered the Pistons 113-91 in Los Angeles. DeAndre Jordan collected 16 points and 15 rebounds for the Clippers, who put the brakes on a two-game skid. Chris Paul had 11 points and eight assists in only 24 minutes. Jodie Meeks netted 20 points off the bench for the Pistons, who had won their previous two. Andre Drummond had 18 points and 13 boards in defeat.
