(Auburn Hills, MI) -- LaMarcus Aldridge had 23 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Trail Blazers to a 98-86 win over the Pistons. Wesley Matthews added 19 points on 8-of-12 shooting for Portland, which had won five straight to improve to 16-4. Damian Lillard and Chris Kaman had 14 points apiece in the victory. Greg Monroe had 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Pistons, who have dropped 13 straight and 16 of their last 17. Andre Drummond collected 10 points and 15 boards in the loss.


Grizzlies Use Big Third Quarter To Sink Mavericks

(Memphis, TN) -- Marc Gasol scored 30 points as the Grizzlies ran past the Mavericks 114-105 in Memphis.  Mike Conley added 22 points for the Grizzlies, who outscored the Mavs 36-17 in the third quarter en route to improving to 10-1 at home. Zach Randolph finished with 17 points and 13 rebounds in the win.  Chandler Parsons had 30 points and seven boards for Dallas, which has dropped two-of-three. Jameer Nelson netted 18 in the loss.


Thunder Blast Bucks

(Oklahoma City, OK) -- Russell Westbrook went off for 28 points, seven assists, five rebounds and three steals as the Thunder blasted the Bucks 114-101 in Oklahoma City. Kevin Durant donated 23 points, nine boards and seven helpers for the Thunder, who have won three in-a-row and five of their last six overall. Reggie Jackson added 18 points and seven boards off the bench in the victory. O.J. Mayo scored 18 points and Giannis Antetokounmpo had 17 for Milwaukee, which has lost five of six since a three-game winning streak. Jabari Parker posted 15 points in the setback.


Pelicans Handle Knicks

(New Orleans, LA) -- Tyreke Evans went off for 27 points, six assists and four rebounds, helping the Pelicans cruise to a 104-94 victory against the Knicks at the Smoothie King Center. For his standards, Anthony Davis had a quiet night with 18 points, eight rebounds and three blocks for New Orleans, which has won two in-a-row. Amar'e Stoudemire had a team-high 26 points on 11-of-18 shooting with five blocks in the defeat. Carmelo Anthony chipped in 17 with eight boards as the Knicks fell to 4-19 with their ninth consecutive loss.


Jazz Stun Spurs To Snap Nine-Game Skid

(Salt Lake City, UT) -- Derrick Favors recorded 21 points and eight rebounds as the Jazz stunned the Spurs with a 100-96 win at EnergySolutions Arena.  Gordon Hayward added 20 points, while Enes Kanter chipped in with 12 points and 15 boards as the Jazz put an end to their nine-game losing streak. Alec Burks notched 14 points in the victory. Tim Duncan totaled 23 points and 14 boards to lead San Antonio, which lost for just the second time in 12 games.  Kawhi Leonard had 16 points, five boards, five assists and five steals in the setback.


Heat Take Down Suns

(Phoenix, AZ) -- Chris Bosh went for a season-high 34 points and added nine rebounds as the Heat clipped the Suns 103-97 at US Airways Center. Luol Deng scored 23 points while Dwyane Wade finished with 16. Josh McRoberts added 10 points and seven assists as the Heat snapped a four-game skid to improve to 10-11. Marcus Morris led the Suns with a career-high 25 points, with brother Markieff chipping in 17. Gerald Green netted 19 points and Goran Dragic recorded 16 as Phoenix dropped its third straight and fell to 12-and-11.


Lakers Rally Past Kings

(Los Angeles, CA) -- Kobe Bryant had 32 points on 11-of-27 shooting as the Lakers rallied for a 98-95 win over the Kings in Los Angeles. Carlos Boozer had 15 points and nine rebounds off the bench for the Lakers, who outscored the Kings 52-40 in the second half en route to their sixth win of the season. Darren Collison had 26 points to pace Sacramento, which slipped to 11-11. Rudy Gay ended with 23 points in defeat.


Bulls Host Nets

(Chicago, IL) -- The Bulls are back in action tonight against the Nets at the United Center. The Bulls have been off since Saturday's 112-102 home loss to the Warriors. Chicago has dropped two-of-three to enter tonight's game 12-8 on the season. Tip-off is at 7:00.
