Miami-FLorida Handles Savannah State

Coral Gables, FL (SportsNetwork.com) -- Angel Rodriguez and Manu Lecomte each made four 3-pointers as No. 20 Miami-Florida handled overmatched Savannah State, 70-39, on Monday night. Rodriguez finished with 17 points, while Lecomte and Sheldon McClellan added 15 apiece for the Hurricanes (9-1), who made better than half their shots (21- of-41) after shooting at a 32.8 percent clip in Saturday's loss to Green Bay.

"We shot the ball much better," Hurricanes head coach Jim Larranaga said. "I think we were attentive to the defense."
