Knicks Knock Off Nuggets To End Skid

(New York, NY) -- The Knicks put an end to their seven-game losing streak with a 109-93 win over the Nuggets at Madison Square Garden. Carmelo Anthony and J.R. Smith had 28 points apiece for the Knicks, who outscored Denver 31-8 in the second quarter. Anthony also grabbed nine rebounds in the win. Arron Afflalo had 18 points to pace the Nuggets, who have dropped seven-of-eight. Ty Lawson finished with 17 points and nine assists in the loss.


Bucks Hang On To Beat Heat

(Miami, FL) -- Brandon Knight led a balanced offensive attack with 20 points as the Bucks knocked off the Heat 91-84 at AmericanAirlines Arena. Jabari Parker scored 13 and grabbed six rebounds, while Larry Sanders and Giannis Antetokounmpo each put up 11 points. Milwaukee has won three of its last four games. Mario Chalmers led the charge for Miami with 18 points, while Shawne Williams tallied 13 points and 11 boards in defeat. Chris Bosh and Luol Deng combined for 20 points on 5-of-28 shooting as the Heat lost their third straight game.


Rockets Squeak Out Win Against Thunder

(Oklahoma City, OK) -- In a game that seemed like it was played in the 90's, the Rockets pulled out a 69-65 road win against the Thunder. Both teams shot under 30-percent from the field. James Harden had a game-high 19 points with nine rebounds and five assists as Houston improved to 9-1. Dwight Howard added 12 points and nine boards in the victory. Reggie Jackson missed a three-pointer with less than 10 seconds left that could have tied the game for Oklahoma City. Jackson finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds. The Thunder are 3-8.


Warriors Dominate Lakers

(Los Angeles, CA) -- The Warriors made easy work of the Lakers grabbing a 136-115 victory at the STAPLES Center behind 30 points and 15 assists from Steph Curry. Marreese Speights added 24 points and nine rebounds off the bench, while Klay Thompson chipped in 18 points. Golden State has won three in-a-row to move to 8-2. Kobe Bryant did everything he could for Los Angeles, but he wasn't able to keep them close. Bryant dropped 44 points on 15-of-34 shooting with five rebounds and three assists. The rest of LA's starting lineup scored 27 points. The Lakers fell to 1-9 with their fourth straight loss.


Bulls Visit Clippers

(Los Angeles, CA) -- The Bulls are in Los Angeles to clash with the Clippers tonight. The contest is the opener of a seven-game road trip for the Bulls, who enter the trek 7-3 on the season. Tonight's game tips off at 9:30.
