(Philadelphia, PA) -- James Harden dropped 35 points with nine rebounds and five assists leading the Rockets past the 76ers, 104-93, at the Wells Fargo Center. Harden hit 17-of-18 from the charity stripe. Trevor Ariza added 24 points, seven assists and six rebounds, while Dwight Howard posted a double-double with 11 points and 14 boards. Houston hit 16-of-34 threes as they jumped to 4-0. Tony Wroten paced Philadelphia with 20 points, five boards, four helpers and five steals. K.J. McDaniels chipped in 14 points off the bench for the Sixers, who have lost their first four games.


Nets Romp Thunder

(Brooklyn, NY) -- Deron Williams posted 17 points and nine assists as the Nets cruised to a 116-85 win against the Thunder in their home opener at the Barclays Center. Joe Johnson added 13 points, six rebounds and six assists, while Brook Lopez put up 18 points on 6-of-10 shooting in his season debut.  Brooklyn is off to a 2-and-1 start. Oklahoma City got Reggie Jackson back from injury and he scored 23 points with five helpers and four boards. Perry Jones chipped in 16 points with four rebounds for the Thunder, who have lost three of four.


Grizzlies Claw Past Pelicans

(Memphis, TN) -- The Grizzlies grinded out a 93-81 win over the Pelicans at FedExForum with a balanced scoring effort from their starting lineup. All five starters reached double-figures paced by Marc Gasol's 16 points. Gasol tallied a double-double grabbing 11 boards, while Zach Randolph put up 15 points, 11 rebounds and four assists. Memphis is off to a 4-0 start.  New Orleans was held to 34-percent shooting from the field including 4-of-24 from three-point range. Anthony Davis had his quietest game of the season with 14 points and eight rebounds. Tyreke Evans led the way in the loss with 21 points, seven boards and four helpers. The Pelicans are 1-2.


Mavericks Hold Off Celtics

(Dallas, TX) -- The Mavericks led 40-19 at the end of the first quarter and held off a 72-point Celtics second half to win 118-113 at American Airlines Center. Chandler Parsons connected on 10-of-15 shots for a 29-point performance while Dirk Nowitzki added 27 in the victory. Tyson Chandler recorded a 10-point, 12-rebound double-double as Dallas improved to 3-1 with three straight wins. Avery Bradley dropped a career-high 32 points in the loss and Rajon Rondo dished out 15 assists. Jeff Green went for 35 as Boston fell to 1-2.


Kings Top Nuggets

(Denver, CO) -- Darren Collison dropped in 21 points and sunk 11-of-13 free throws to lead the Kings to 110-105 road win over the Nuggets at the Pepsi Center. Reggie Evans grabbed 14 boards off the bench while Jason Thompson added 10 and four points in the victory. DeMarcus Cousins poured in 19 points and Rudy Gay added 14 as Sacramento improved to 3-1. Arron Afflalo and JaVale McGee led the Nuggets with 16 points each and Ty Lawson kicked out 12 assists. Kenneth Faried recorded a 10-point and 10-rebound double-double as Denver slid to 1-2.


Bulls Host Magic Tonight

(Chicago, IL) -- The Bulls are back in action tonight as they host the Orlando Magic at the United Center. Chicago is 2-1 on the young season following a 106-105 victory in Minnesota on Saturday. Orlando is 0-3. After tonight's game, the Bulls will head out on a two-game road trip to Milwaukee and Philadelphia starting Wednesday.
