Cavaliers Beat Bucks

(Cleveland, OH) -- Despite LeBron James getting the night off the Cavaliers beat the Bucks 106-100 in preseason action at Quicken Loans Arena. Kevin Love nailed five from behind the arc on his way to 25 points, while Dion Waiters added 23. Cleveland plays the Pacers tonight at the Cintas Center in Cincinnati.


Knicks Top Sixers In Syracuse

(Syracuse, NY) -- Carmelo Anthony scored 17 points with seven rebounds as the Knicks beat the 76ers 84-77 from the Carrier Dome. Iman Shumpert added 12 points for New York, which is 2-2 so far in the preseason. The Knicks are back at Madison Square Garden to host Milwaukee on Monday.


Horford Returns In Win

(Miami, FL) -- Al Horford made his return to the court putting two points, two assists and one rebound as the Hawks beat the Heat, 109-103, at AmericanAirlines Arena. Horford missed the majority of last season with a pectoral injury. Paul Milsap posted 23 points and five rebounds.


Rockets Fall To Pelicans

(New Orleans, LA) -- Anthony Davis scored 26 points with eight rebounds to help the Pelicans sink the Rockets, 112-96, at the Smoothie King Center in preseason action. James Harden and Dwight Howard did not play for Houston. Kostas Papanikolaou scored 13 points, while Isaiah Canaan added 13 off the bench. The Rockets host the Warriors in another exhibition game on Sunday.


Thunder Beat Grizzlies

(Oklahoma City, OK) -- The Grizzlies rested their entire starting lineup as they fell to the Thunder, 117-107, in preseason action last night. Quincy Pondexter hit three, threes on his way to 16 points, while rookie Jordan Adams added 13 and six rebounds off the bench in the loss. Memphis hosts Flamengo on Friday.    


Bulls Face Hawks Thursday Night

(Chicago, IL) -- The Bulls continue the preseason slate Thursday night when they host the Atlanta Hawks at United Center. Chicago is 2-2 this preseason following Monday's win over the Nuggets. The regular season starts two weeks from tonight on the road against the Knicks.
