EPD Basketball Registration

Effingham Park District basketball registration has been scheduled Saturday, October 18 from 9 a.m to noon at the Effingham Park District office. The office also is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for signing up ahead of time.

Players need to be signed up by Monday, October 20 to guarantee a spot on a team and avoid the $10 late fee. The grades, fees and starting dates are as follows:

1st-2nd Grade Boys --  Tuesday evening beginning November 4, $25 in-district, $57 out-of-district

3rd-4th Grade Boys -- Thursday evening beginning November 6, $30 in-district, $62 out-of-district

5th-6th Grade Boys -- Saturday morning beginning November 8, $30 in-district, $62 out-of-district

1st-2nd Grade Girls -- Tuesday evening beginning November 4, $25 in-district, $57 out-of-district

3rd-4th Grade Girls -- Thursday evening beginning November 6, $30 in-district, $62 out-of-district

5th-6th Grade Girls -- Saturday morning beginning November 8, $30 in-district, $62 out-of-district

The program will use parent volunteer coaches. Parents who volunteer to coach a team will be exempt from basketball league fees. Let the EPD office know if interested. The office is located at 1906 South Fourth Street, phone 342-4415. Registration forms also may be found on the website at www.effinghamparkdistrict.org. Payment can now be made by MasterCard, VISA and DISCOVER.
