Beecher City/Cowden-Herrick and Neoga split seventh and eighth-grade girls basketball victories Friday evening.
In the seventh-grade contest, Neoga was a 28-25 winner. Sheehan had eight points while E. Titus and Partlow had seven points. BCCH was led by Lauren Wojcik with eight points.
In eighth-grade action, BCCH was a 33-23 winner. Grace Smith had 12 points and Tabitha Endsley 11. Neoga was led by Hill with seven.

At Vandalia
Altamont captured the championship of the Vandalia Eighth-Grade Tournament Friday and placed second in the seventh-grade meet.
Vandalia edged Altamont 24-23 in seventh-grade action in overtime. Mary Guse led Altamont with nine points.
In the eighth-grade contest, Altamont won the title with a 24-20 win over Pocahontas. Altamont held an 11-9 lead at the half and 17-12 going into the final quarter. Leah Mayhaus tallied 10 points for the winners.
