Spurs Dominate Thunder In Game One

(San Antonio, TX) -- The Spurs punished the Thunder inside in Game One of the Western Conference Finals, cruising to a 122-105 victory at the AT&T Center behind 27 points and seven rebounds from Tim Duncan. Without Serge Ibaka's presence in the paint, San Antonio tallied 66 points inside. Danny Green and Kawhi Leonard each added 16 points for the Spurs, who host Game Two on Wednesday. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook combined for 53 points, while the rest of Oklahoma City's starting lineup only scored five total. Nick Collison replaced Ibaka, but only played 16 minutes. Derek Fisher hit four three's off the bench on his way 16 points in the defeat.
