No. 9 Cardinals Cruise By No. 18 Mustangs

(Dallas, TX) -- Russ Smith totaled 26 points, six rebounds and five assists as the ninth-ranked Cardinals cruised by the number-18 Mustangs 84-71 in Dallas. Chris Jones chipped in with 21 points and six steals for Louisville, which improved to 25-5 and 14-3 in the American Athletic Conference. Montrezl Harrell had 19 points and eight boards in the win. Nick Russell posted 18 points, six rebounds and five assists for SMU, which slipped to 23-and-7 and 12-and-5 in the conference. Markus Kennedy notched 14 points and six rebounds in the loss.

Wildcats Top Beavers

(Corvallis, OR) -- Nick Johnson tallied 25 points and six rebounds as the Wildcats escaped Oregon State with a 74-69 win over the Beavers. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson totaled 13 points and six rebounds for Arizona, which moved to 28-2 and 15-2 in the Pac-12. The regular season ends Saturday at Oregon.

Flyers Drop #16 Billikens

(St. Louis, MO) -- Jordan Sibert tallied 14 points and five rebounds as Dayton bolstered its tournament resume with a 72-67 win over number-16 Saint Louis in Missouri. Dayton outscored Saint Louis 40-28 in the second half. Dwayne Evans totaled 18 points and nine rebounds for the Billikens, who have lost three in-a-row after winning 19 straight. SLU is 25-5 and 12-3 in the A-10. The Billikens are at UMass Sunday to end the regular season.

Wildcats Host Penn State

(Evanston, IL) -- The Northwestern Wildcats host the Penn State Nittany Lions tonight for the final home game of the regular season. The Wildcats come in at 12-17 and 5-11 in the Big Ten. The Nittany Lions are 14-and-15 and also 5-11 in the conference.

DePaul Ends Regular Season

(Rosemont, IL) -- The regular season comes to an end for the DePaul Blue Demons tonight. They play host to the Butler Bulldogs at 9 p.m. on FOX Sports 1. The Blue Demons are 11-19 overall with a 3-14 mark in the Big East. The Bulldogs are 12-16 and 2-14 in the conference.
