Altamont Lutheran Finishes Second in State

The Altamont Lutheran Rockets took second place in the state at the Southern Illinois Junior High School Athletic Association Class S State Tournament Friday, as they fell to the Valmeyer Pirates, 7-1.
Coach Alan Whitt's ALIS crew finishes their season with a 22-4 record.
Eighth graders finishing their junior high careers are Austin Kline, Noah Kopplin and Kaleb Whitt.
