DIETERICH -- Campton and Schmidt combined in a four-inning no-hitter as Dieterich blanked Effingham Sacred Heart 15-0 in junior high baseball action Thursday.
Dieterich had a seven-run second and fourth innings and banged out 11 hits in the contest. Campton and Radloff had a single and double each while McClain had two singles. Dieterich is now 5-5 on the season.

Teutopolis broke a 1-1 tie with a whopping 14 runs in the second inning and went on for a 16-1 victory over Flora Floyd Henson.
Collin Funneman and Lee Hardiek combined to pitch a two-hitter. Cody Jansen had two singles, a double, home run and three RBI while Eric Kremer had two doubles and an RBI and Landon Jansen two singles and an RBI.
T-town is now 13-2 on the season and plays Mount Zion and Olympia Saturday at Mount Zion.

South Central handed North Clay (Louisville) a 6-3 loss in junior high action Thursday. The loss drops North Clay to 10-4 on the season. The win for South Central creates a three-team tie for the Midland Trail Conference title. North Clay, Cisne and South Central are all 3-1 in the conference.
South Central was led by Geiler and Hoard with a double each. Hoard drove in two runs and Geiler one.
North Clay was led by Quincy Aldrich with a home run and an RBI while Reese Blank had two singles.
