S-S/Windsor, Neoga Claims Wins in Jr. High Baseball

Stewardson-Strasburg/Windsor blanked Meridian 15-0 in junior high baseball action Saturday. Stew-Stras/Windsor took a 1-0 first inning lead then tallied three runs in the second and third and ended the game with eight runs in the fourth.
Armes had three hits and five RBI for the winners while Quast and Hansen had two hits each. Quast drove in three runs. Isaac Kramer improved to 3-1, throwing three innings, allowing no hits, no walks and six strikeouts.

Neoga picked up two victories over Kansas in a doubleheader Saturday. Neoga won the opener 15-5. Dalton Potter claimed the pitching win. Drew Ramert and Caleb Hill had three hits each while Layne Andrews had two hits.
In the second game, Neoga edged Kansas 10-9. Trevor Beals was the winning pitcher. Zack Reese and Jimmy Woods had three hits each.
